Codex Cavern™ is a small independent publisher in Ontario, Canada. This page explains what information we collect through codexcavern.com and how we use it.
What We Collect
- The Vault Ledger: your email address, and your name if you give it, when you sign up for updates.
- Write to the Vault: your name, email address and message when you contact us through the Inquiries form.
- Website data: like most websites, our site host, Squarespace, collects basic visitor information such as pages viewed, browser type and general location, and may use cookies to do so.
How We Use It
We use your information only to reply to your messages and to send you news about Codex Cavern, such as new volumes. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
Where It Is Stored
Our website and sign-up lists are run by Squarespace, which may store data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States.
Unsubscribing
Any email we send to the Vault Ledger will include a way to unsubscibe. You can also write to us at any time and we will remove you.
Your Rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just write to info@codexcavern.com.
Purchases
Our books are sold through third-party retailers such as Amazon. Those purchases are covered by the retailer's own privacy policy, not this one.
Changes
We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
